Leathers we use for belts.
For belts, vegetable-tanned natural grain (1.4–2.0 mm) is the suggested leather. It is firm, holds its shape, takes a burnished edge and debosses well. Waxed pull-up cow is another option, with a finish that marks and ages. Send a swatch and the leather and finish are matched. Leather varies by request. Any of these styles can be made in any suitable leather from the library, or in one matched from your swatch. Faux leather is available on request, including microfiber PU, PU, plant-based cactus or apple, and PVC, matched to your specification.

Each pattern piece is placed around the natural character of the hide, cut and checked before it moves forward.
- 03 / 07Pre-assembly preparation
Cut pieces are aligned and backed, and the construction marks needed by the sewing line are added.
- 04 / 07Stitching
The line follows the approved construction. A 9-point in-line check catches issues while they can still be corrected.
- 05 / 07Finishing
Adhesive is removed, threads trimmed and edges prepared. A 13-point finishing check is completed.

A separate team checks every piece against 23 final-QC points: approved for packing, returned for repair or rejected.

Production runs from 50 pieces a style. The confirmed minimum depends on leather, buckle sourcing and finish and is set at quotation.
How long does a leather belt sample take?
A catalog belt sample is ready in the factory in 3 to 4 days. A custom belt sample takes 1 to 1.5 weeks. Shipping is quoted separately by your chosen route.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production usually takes 60 to 70 days after you approve the sample. We confirm the date for your order when we quote.
Can we supply our own buckles?
Yes. Nominate your buckle supplier or ship buckles to the factory; we fit them to the approved belt construction. Alternatively specify the finish and we source to match.
What size runs can you produce?
Size runs and hole spacing are graded to the size chart of your market. Waist-size, centimeter and inch labeling can be applied to the same production run.
How is quality checked on a belt?
Belts pass in-line checks at stitching, a finishing check of edges and hardware, and a separate final quality control before packing. Only approved pieces are packed.
