This site is operated by NXTGEN Hide Fashion Private Limited, E-153, Sector 63, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Hide Fashion", "we").

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your work email, company name, project notes, and any optional details you choose to add (target market, product, quantity) or files you upload (tech packs).
• Usage analytics: aggregate page-view and event data via Vercel Web Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics 4. We do not build advertising profiles.

Why we process it

To respond to your manufacturing enquiry, assess feasibility, and correspond with you about your project — our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts you initiate (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Where it goes

• Enquiries and uploaded files are stored on Vercel infrastructure and delivered to our monitored sales inbox.
• Tech packs are treated as confidential buyer material and are not shared outside the project team. We sign NDAs on request — before you send anything.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run this site and our email.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept while the business conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to contactus@hidefashion.com — we answer within one working day.
