Dimensions, pocket layout, handle drop, lining, reinforcement and hardware are reviewed against the brief. The approved sample defines the construction for bulk production.
Each pattern piece is placed around the natural character of the hide, cut and checked before it moves forward.
Cut pieces are aligned and backed, and the construction marks needed by the sewing line are added.
The line follows the approved construction. A 9-point in-line check catches issues while they can still be corrected.
Adhesive is removed, threads trimmed and edges prepared. A 13-point finishing check is completed.
A separate team checks every piece against 23 final-QC points: approved for packing, returned for repair or rejected.
Only approved pieces are protected, identified and packed for shipment.
Duty-free or reduced-duty entry may apply under India's agreements with Japan and the United Kingdom, and with the EU once the concluded agreement enters into force. Eligibility depends on HS classification, origin rules and documentation, and is determined by the importer and the relevant customs authority. Production runs from 50 pieces a style. The confirmed minimum depends on leather, hardware and construction and is set at quotation.
A customised sample from your specification is ready in the factory in 3 to 4 days; a sample from an existing base style in 2 days. Shipping follows the route you choose and is quoted separately.
Yes. Hardware is a parameter of the brief: specify the finish, size and supplier if you have one, or nominate your own hardware for us to receive and fit.
Yes. Wallets, cardholders and pouches are developed to share the leather, edge finish and hardware of the bag range so a coordinated collection ships together.
Bags pass in-line checks at stitching, a finishing check and a separate final quality control before packing. Only approved pieces are packed for release.
Yes. OEM and private-label bags can carry your embossing, labels, dust bags and packaging. Specify the branding artwork, placement and finish in the brief so they can be agreed at sampling.
Leather handbags are classified under HS 4202.21, handbags, with or without shoulder strap, with an outer surface of leather or composition leather. Briefcases, work and travel cases fall under HS 4202.11, and Other leather bags and cases fall under HS 4202.91. The importer confirms the destination’s national tariff line for the subheading before the landed-cost quotation; classification and origin documentation decide whether a preferential route applies.
